But the middle of the year is more than just a date. It’s a chance to pause. To check in with yourself — not just on what you’ve done, but on how you’re actually doing.


Why Mid-Year Reflection Matters

Think of it like a halftime break in sport. It’s not just a rest, it’s a moment to step back, see what’s working, and figure out what needs a tweak. Life’s kind of the same.

Taking a few minutes to reflect can help you:

  • Notice the progress you’ve made, even if it’s small

  • Get back in touch with what really matters to you

  • Refocus on the things you still care about
